Transcription of recordings in languages other than Polish

We offer transcription of recordings in English.
The price of transcribing 1 page (1500 characters) in English is 21 PLN.

Translation prices.

We provide the price for a standard page (standard and specialist translation: 1 standard page = 1500 characters, certified translation: 1 standard page = 1125 characters). To the abovementioned prices, Polish customers will have to add the VAT (22%), in case of foreign customers, the VAT is 0%.

Translation from English into Polish:

  • Economical 29 PLN up to 5 pages a day
  • Standard 42 PLN up to 8 pages a day
  • Urgent 66 PLN for more than 8 pages a day
  • Express 114 PLN within the same day the translation was ordered

Translation from Polish into English:

  • Economical 31 PLN up to 5 pages a day
  • Stadard 46 PLN up to 8 pages a day
  • Urgent 69 PLN for more than 8 pages a day
  • Express 119 PLN within the same day the translation was ordered

Explanation of the different translation options.
The choice of a suitable option is a warranty of fulfilment of the customer’s expectations in terms of translation time and price.

Economical Translation

If having your translation done as fast as possible is not that important for you, we offer the option of up to 5 standard pages a day, the minimal time of the execution of the order being 7 working days starting from the Day the translation was ordered.

Standard Translation

The speed of standard translation is equal to 8 standard pages a day counting from the time the translation was ordered. This is the option chosen most often by our customers because 8-page long translations are made overnight.

Urgent Translation

Urgent translations are made at a speed exceeding 8 standard pages a day counting from the day the translation was ordered, which might mean, for ex ample, 20 standard pages overnight.

Express Translation

Option for the customers who want their translation to be ready „the day before”, which means as fast as it is possible. These translations are made the day they were ordered or are for example 40 pages overnight.

Certified translation

The abovementioned prices apply to standard, specialist and certified translations, but in case of standard and specialist translations one standard page consists of 1500 characters and in case of certified translations one standard page consists of 1125 characters. An additional 100 PLN is added to the price of the certified translation in order to cover the costs linked to the preparation of documents in paper form and the cost of delivery to the customer.
